Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, please submit a return request within seven (7) business days of receipt. You can submit a return request via the “Return” link at the bottom of the page. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed as non-returnable items.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

EXCHANGES:

We do not exchange items. If you need to change something with your order please submit a request to return your item.

SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us at support@hokcollections.com for instructions, we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
